Lack of Updates!
29 May 2008 - 11:08
Sorry for the complete lack of updates for ages. We've been busy working out some new avenues for us to approach, but we are still here!
Printer Discovery Tool - Professional Edition Released!
17 October 2005 - 15:01
Due to the popular demand that our freeware app Printer Discovery Tool generated, we decided
to continue its development into a full-blown multithreaded printer scanner. The new version
of PDT is not free anymore, but now features the ability to scan huge networks in much shorted
times, locating all of your network printing devices quickly and easily.

Remote Printer Manager - Console Edition Released!
03 October 2005 - 15:30
The Console version of Remote Printer Manager is now available for purchase and the demo
is available for download!
This new version of RPM operates within the Windows Console, so that there is no GUI to deal with
and scripting with Batch files is really easy.
Those that have purchased RPM can expect the console version in their inboxes by the end of the day.
Those that haven't can purchase RPM console, or the RPM full GUI version (which
includes the console version), from our Products page.
Problems with the counter - part 2
23 September 2005 - 09:00
Problems solved, along with a few other problems that had arisen during the last 24 hours :)
Problems with the counter
22 September 2005 - 17:00
We're having a few problems with our hit counter code which seems to be acting very
erratically. We think we've tracked down the problem though, so it'll be up again
as soon as possible. We're having to restore the count from a backup though, so
sorry if it looks like we've lost a few visits recently!
Remote Printer Manager v2.0.3 Released
07 September 2005 - 16:24
A new version of Remote Printer Manager has been released!
New in this version:
Implemented Print Queue Checking - RPM will now warn you if there are jobs in the print
queue before you restart the spooler, but not if there aren't. Jobs in the queue will be
lost if you restart the spooler before they go to the printer.
Registered users can expect the new version to appear in their inbox before the end of the day!
The demo has also been updated to implement this function and can be found
here.
Remote Printer Manager Single Computer License Added
06 September 2005 - 16:00
We have decided to offer a single computer license for RPM at the ludicrously low price
of just $50 (USD)! Grab it now before we come to our senses! :)
Because of this, we have also updated the RPM license agreement, which can be found
here.
Printer Discovery Tool Added
06 September 2005 - 15:27
I have uploaded a small network printer discovery tool that we have developed
to test some theoretical code we might use in the future. It's completely free and
has the source available for download.

or here for the source.

The Mattastic Software website has been updated with a few minor bug fixes. Hopefully you
wont have any idea what I'm talking about, but if you have experienced problems they should
now be fixed. Please forward any more problems to our
Development Team.

24 August 2005 - 13:18
RPM has undergone a minor version update, details follow:
- Implemented driver caching: The driver list is now
cached locally to remove the need to regenerate it every time you open
RPM. You can force the program to regenerate the cache by clicking a new button
